This is our fifth year participating in Fermentation Fest Reedsburg and we are very excited to be located in City Park in one of the Wormfarm Institutes Culture Stands. We hope to see you at this exciting event. We will be at City Park from 10am to 4pm each day.
Let's compare the mass market chocolate bars to real chocolate bars. Have you tasted cacao beans before they become chocolate? Did you know cacao is a fermented food? Did you know we make only 50 chocolate bars at a time because we want the beans to speak for themselves?
We will taste roasted and unroasted cacao beans. Then, we will move on to tasting chocolate from various countries. Prepare your palate for chocolate enlightenment on our 4th generation farm!
